Vincent A. Gabriel, B. Sc (Econs.) Hons, (London) Dips. M., Cert. in Ed., has 30 years

Johnny Tay, F&B Owner and Director of Reddot F&B Pte Ltd
Johnny has 20 years of working experience in the F&B industry and now runs his own F&B outlet. He had 16
years of work experience at Carona Holdings Pte Ltd (1992-2008) and had worked his way up from an
operations manager to a purchasing manager in the year 2000. He was responsible for overseeing the kitchen
operations, setting up of new restaurant outlets and working with food suppliers for the company. Currently,
Johnny owns and operates one F&B outlet in SengKang, Compass Point. With his 20 years of F&B experience,
Johnny is the hands-on expert who is familar with all aspects of setting up and running a successful F&B outlet.
